Meet Holly

Holly Pagel has been active in the I/DD community for over 27 years, serving in various capacities from direct support to executive leadership. She has a Bachelor of Science in Human Services Management and truly believes in the 5 Principles of Supported Living. Her experience really started in her late teens when she became acquainted with someone with a disability, and she learned to advocate, and provide person centered support. That relationship changed the trajectory of Holly’s life, instilling in her the passion to help and serve people with disabilities. Her favorite part of Supported Living is joining in on the shared success of the person served when goals and interdependence are achieved.

Meet Amanda

Amanda Pagel has spent the last few years serving people with disabilities in Solano, Napa, and Sonoma counties in direct support as well as Quality Assurance. She has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master’s of Business Administration. Her favorite part of Supported Living is helping individuals with disabilities access the community. She regularly attends ballgames, dinners, and special activities with the people we support ensuring community access is part of the success and mental well-being of all people. She loves being a part of their Circle of Support, along with their family and friends.

Meet Dawn

Dawn McFadden has always been in the business of serving people and has been serving the I/DD community in Solano County since 2018. Starting out as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor, she seems to have an infinite amount of empathy for those who need support. Dawn is currently the Program Manager for Empowered Living, handling everything from scheduling, to onboarding employees, to ensuring that all of the details are lined up to meet the needs of the people we support. Her favorite part of supported living is helping the people we support live independently and having a lot of fun along the way.
